What is coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.


Coaching focuses on visioning, success, the present and moving toward the future. Therapy emphasizes psychopathology, emotions and the past to understand the present, and it works more with developing skills for managing emotions or past issues than does coaching.

Can I book an Intake Session?

Yes! On the main page, you can book a 20 minute Discovery Call that is completely free and it serves as a way for you to ask questions and for us to get to know each other a little.

What does a coaching session look like?

In each session, we will determine an agenda that is set around a challenge, issue, or goal you would like to dig deeper into. We will explore why this goal is meaningful for you, what obstacles you face, and an action plan to move towards achievement.

What are your fees?

Fees are determined by the package that best fits the clients needs. The initial package consists of a 90 day commitment.  Individual sessions can be added at the completion of a package. Please book a Discovery Call to find out more.
