Let's Start Here!
The Discovery Call is a short conversation in which we focus on your goal and where you might be stuck or want support. It’s important to note that this is not a coaching call. The Discovery Call is a conversation about your goal and if coaching is right for what you want to accomplish. I’ll ask focused questions to help us talk about where you might be stuck, what you would want to get out of coaching if we worked together, and how coaching with me might be different than what you’ve already tried. It also gives us time to see if we’re a good match for each other. If we both think we’re a good fit, then we’ll talk about the design of the coaching package that will work best for you.

Coaching with Karma begins with a 90 day commitment to yourself. We start with a SPARK of self awareness through learning about your strengths and discovering where you might need more balance in your life. Then it’s time to IGNITE your motivation by identifying 3 meaningful goals to work towards during our 90 day cycle. Next you CATCH FIRE by finding what works well, what other options could you explore, and making action steps to realize your identified goals. Finally, it’s time to SHINE as you reflect on how far you’ve come in our time together and how you’ve enacted meaningful change in your life. Book a Discovery Call to begin the journey!
